My screen is not responding to my touch and I've let the battery run down till it's shut off and I've held in the button till it shut down. NOTHING is working.

What can I do?

When it is fully charged, try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Mine is doing the same thing. It has never done this before. So frustrating!

I have and it's not working either. I'm so upset because I love my watch and now I've quit wearing it as much.

I just chatted with them. They walked me through problem solving. They
couldn't figure it out, and now they are sending me a new one. It's still
under warranty. So, try that! I hope it works for you. They sent me an
email, I answered a few easy questions, and it's on its way. Good luck.

Mine is a little over 2yrs old so I don't know if it's under warranty.

How do you get to chat with them?
