I replace the fitbit charge to the fitbit versa 2 8 months ago.  Today while lounging, I got a notification of a text message.  I noticed it didn't sound like it used to sound.  I looked down and the faceplate was askew.  I haven't hit it.  I haven't used my fitbit in any other manner than for its intended use.  What gives?

@xquisiteyes This should not be happening, obviously. If your Versa is still under warranty, you will receive a replacement. You will need to reach out to Customer Support to guide you through the next steps. Here's the link to Customer Support page. I know that some people who had the same issue but were out of the warranty, purchased a case for Versa on Amazon that would keep it inside together.
