Bought my first Versa Lite at Kohls. Immediately had missing pixels on the factory face clock. Called fit bit customer service, they sent a replacement right away and same exact issue. Missing pixels in the same spots. Called customer service again sending yet another one out. Haven't received it yet. My question is , is this faulty on all versa lites? The customer service rep said it's not a common issue yet i received 2 in a row.

Hi @Lmdavis712 Im sorry you had this issue, and had it twice. If you look at these forums as much as I do you can see that although it does happen from time to time, it is not a common issue, especially considering the number sold. I rarely answer questions about missing pixels in any fitbit.
