My Versa lite has a blank screen today but is still syncing data to the app on my phone ?

As its still syncing please try changing the clock face in the Clocks Tile in the Fitbit App, in case your chosen one has got a fault.
Best to do this while charging to make sure the battery level is ok.

I have the Fitbit Versa purchased in 2019, and mine developed the same issue last week and the display is still black.
I started a chat with Fitbit Customer Service less than an hour ago, and they just suggested resetting the device. It did not work... My warranty is up, so they just send you 35% OFF a new one 🙄. Good luck with the issue, If you have a warranty, maybe they'll replace it. I've also seen suggestions on changing the watch face. However, that didn't work for me.

@Janie_20 To get it connected again.
Try removing the Versa Bluetooth entry from the phone, logout of the Fitbit App and after restarting both watch and phone and with the watch on the charger and no other Bluetooth devices, watches, PCs, phones, switched on, go to the Fitbit App and pull down to refresh, return to the home screen of your phone without logging out or closing the App.
A popup should appear, click on it and with a little patience it should give you the option to both pair and also link. Hope that helps.
