I keep having to disconnect my versa. this morning it wouldn't find my device at all. Now I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it to my pc instead of my phone and it still wont connect! any suggestions?
Best Answer@eunicakes Have you tried rebooting both your phone and Versa? Could please explain what you meant by uninstalling? Is Versa still linked with your fitbit account (can you see it in the fitbit mobile app)? Also, what's your phone model and OS?
