I got my new Versa this month and I am really disappointed 🙁 I know it isn’t counting my steps correctly, on my charge 2 I was always getting over 10k steps per day. I have done so much walking over the last few days and still haven’t got to 10k on some days, yet my husband who has the charge 2 has been getting 14k!! Should I take it back for a replacement?? Is anyone else having this issue please?

I have the regular versa but I feel the same exact way, it has never counted steps correctly.. and now the screen popped off of the body of the watch yesterday as well... I was just blow drying my hair, getting ready for work 😕

Aw nightmare!! There doesn’t seem to be any solution to the not counting steps, I’m really considering taking the Versa lite back and getting another charge 2 😕 I really like the look of the Versa too! Hope you manage to get yours fixed!
