Versa lite not receiving text messages

I've had my versa lite for 1 year and I have not have any problems until recently. About 1 month ago it stopped receiving text messages. I still receive all notifications except text. I have read all suggestions that I have found online and none of them have worked.....can someone help me.....PLEASE!!

I'm having the same issue with Versa and iPhone 7... it's been going on for months and I've followed all of the suggestions on the site. It receives call notifications but not texts. Very annoying. I'm also having issues with ghost steps when not wearing it. When this dies someday I think I'll go with the apple watch.
