Every time I wake up my versa has lost time.
it can be anything from 10 mins to an hr.
up till now I have just done a manual sync but this morning the app won’t sync as it says it can’t find my versa
any help appreciated

I would like to know what is the brand and model of your phone.
In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issues get fixed.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
