Versa lite not syncing and lost time.

My Versa lite lost time and wouldn’t sync on my iPhone 12 although it did until two days ago. Have tried all the usual things and even factory reset but will not sync at all on iPhone or iPad

Thank you for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa Lite before contacting us.

 

If you haven't done so, please try to set up your Watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1635365792659.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

In the following articles you can find some troubleshooting steps to resolve set up issues or syncing issues.

 

Once your Versa Lite gets synced, the time should be fixed automatically. If you want to change it manually, you can follow these instructions.

Tried all this but I can’t get it to show up on my iPhone or ipad. I had factory reset it in desperation and all I have is the Fitbit logo on the screen.
