I’ve got a versa 2. The heart rate monitor has stopped working. I’ve tried everything. The lights on the back led had stopped but now the green light flashes some but will not pick up a heart rate.

I have read a couple other threads about this same issue and have followed the suggestions from the Fitbit team. Mine is still not working.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for both of you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and try the troubleshooting steps to fix the heart rate sensors of your Fitbit devices.
