Versa lite not working won’t turn on

Hi, 

My versa lite has stopped working, screen went black this morning and hasn’t come back on despite trying to reset… occasionally the green lights flash on the back and it vibrates. 
Love my Fitbit but don’t know how to fix it

I'm having the same issue! I tried changing the clock face, cleaning it with rubbing alcohol, restarting a bunch of times, and unpairing/unsyncing from my phone, leaving on the charger. There is crazy wait time and the live chat isn't working.
