Versa lite only records part of my steps when synced

For the last week my Fitbit only syncs part of my steps when I sync. My Fitbit gives me the correct amount of steps but not the Fitbit app. The time is also 5 minutes off on the Fitbit. I have turned my phone and the Fitbit off and on, I have deleted the app and put it on my phone again and I have disconnected and reconnected my Bluetooth from the Fitbit. Do you have any other suggestions of how to get this problem solved?

@Kaykay782 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank  you for your message.

It seems that you might have MobileTrack on.

This feature uses the phone's sensors to count steps. This is for when you have left your Fitbit at home (e.g. while charging). Please make sure MobileTrack is not activated.
It may happen that the steps recorded with the cell phone overwrite those of the Versa Lite  .

In the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon (top left corner).
There you will see the devices linked to your account.
If you see the Mobile Device Active option, tap it and remove it from the account.
