Got my son a versa lite for his 10th birthday - 5 days later he hit a pothole while out on our bikes and went over the handlebars and smashed the screen (and his bike!). Bike is in for repair - but not having any such luck with repairs with Fitbit. They don’t want to know about repairs! They want us to buy a new watch - with 25% off - that’s still a LOT of money! We haven’t even had the first one for a week! I appreciate it smashed because he had an accident, but they’re being very inflexible and won’t even tell me about repairs. I’ve got a 10 year old who had a lockdown birthday for starters, and now I’m telling him we can’t fix or afford to replace his watch. It’s tough! Anyone have any ideas how we can get a screen and replace ourselves? Or any other ideas? I’m shocked that Fitbit has got so greedy they won’t offer repairs because there’s obviously not enough money in it for them!

I found this replacement screen, it's the only one i could find though.
If you don't feel comfortable with that then contact Fitbit and ask about if they have repair options for the Versa Lite, otherwise that 25% discount deal may be the only option.
