Versa lite screen issue

I’ve had my watch about a month and last week the screen stopped responding. It lights up so I can see the time and steps but I am unable to touch it to start exercises or look at anything else on the watch. 

I have already restarted the watch several times and it still isn’t working. 

anyone having similar issues.
