Multiple ongoing issues with Versa 2

My Versa 2 has been doing multiple things (or rather not doing).  Most importantly, the swipe function only works 10% of the time after I do multiple restarts, etc.  This means I can't just use the screen to start an exercise, start music, and many other functions.  But then shortly after the swiping function doesn't work at all.  My sleep times haven't been logging correctly for at least 2-3 weeks.  I am on an android device running version 9.  I haven't made any updates to clock faces etc to have caused this.  

 

Help!!??

When you can swipe, try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.
