Hi the screen has stopped working and the side button is temperamental! I’ve tried to do a factory reset but it won’t even do that. It’s only 5 months old!

Hi @Kirstin76 If the factory reset as set out below is not helping you, you will need to contact Support. Be aware wait times are longer than usual with the problems caused by the Coronavirus.
BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
