Versa lite screen stopped responding

My touchscreen randomly stopped working after less than 3 months. Ive tried everything from resetting and reinstalling to changing clockfaces. Nothing is working.

Hi @TiffanyYM , you have two possibilities to solve this problem:

1. Restart your Versa 3 to 4 times in a row by pressing and holding the left button untill you see each time the Fitbit logo and then release the button. If that does not solve the problem:
