I have a versa lite, originally purchased 9/19, which stopped working, the screen became unresponsive and the device wouldn't update. I got a replacement versa lite in 11/19, and the same thing is happening today. The screen is unresponsive to touch. I tried restarting multiple times and then the left half of the screen turned black. Now the whole screen is unreadable with pixelated lines all over it. The screen is broken and I doubt it can be fixed
