My Versa lite watch has stopped syncing with my Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017). It has worked fine for the last year but recently the watch will no longer sync using the Fitbit app on my phone. I also have an ARIA balance and it works great and sync's with the app no problem.I tried deleting the watch from the app and now it will no longer sync in order to add the watch back to the Fitbit app. Any suggestions?

My Versa will not re connect or sync. I have done everything! Deleted, reinstalled, turned Bluetooth on and off. Restarted the watch, did a factory reset. Everything. Cannot get it to work.

I did all the same troubleshooting and have the same problem. Still won't sync. I even tried installing Fitbit app on my tablet and it still won't sync.
