My heart rate tracker stopped working on my Versa 2 all of a sudden, I have done the following:

- Factory reset watch

- Reset watch up on Fitbit app

- Checked heart rate switched on in watch settings

- Ensured watch and app is on latest firmware/update

- Tried both wrists

There is no green light flashing on the back, it's not even a year old. 

Anyone any further ideas?
