Versa won't turn on

Versa just shut off it was halfway charged now won't turn on.

Hi @tcannon81, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa won't turn on.

 

I would like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After these steps, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
