Versa lite syncing issues

For over a week now my versa lite will not stay connected to Bluetooth and sync with my phone. I’ve done ALL of the troubleshooting steps, factory reset the watch, my iPhone 6s Plus is up to date. The time doesn’t stay accurate. It’s currently 9:45am EST and my watch says it’s 9:20am EST. If I can get the watch to sync/connect it’s for only a minute or two before the app says “no device found” and my Bluetooth bounces back and forth between connected and disconnected. It’s not my phones Bluetooth because all of my other devices work fine. I have had this watch since November with absolutely no issues, but since the latest update, the watch has nothing but issues. Doesn’t sync, doesn’t track exercise like it used to, the time is always wrong, and the battery life sucks. I’m charging my watch almost everyday instead of every 4 days. Please help I’m at a loss and it’s very frustrating when I use this app solely for my weight loss logging and accountability.

Hi @Katiekat0610 have you done the normal troubleshooting. Dont remove the tracker from your Fitbit account.

Then tried a force stop of the Fitbit app and cleared the Fitbit or phone cache?

Powered off the phone and turned on?
