Hi, my Versa lite has developed a time lag. I am operating on Android. Time lag was 4 mins then increased to nearly an hour. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Fitbit app. Have also tried shutting down phone and resetting/shutting down Fitbit Versa lite. Last resort was factory reset. It has been updating for over 27 hours and still only showing the start screen in different languages. Please help as I now have a useless expensive piece of metal.

Best AnswerHi @LisaRPeter , if you're certain that you're using a TPCF, than certainly change it to a Clock Face developed by Fitbit itself, restart you Versa and your time problem should be solved. Regards kuzibri
