Versa lite touch screen not working

The touch screen isn't working....can't swipe up down or sideways to access apps....I use this primarily to track when I exercise and I am unable to do this. I've tried charging it, restarting it, and changing the face on my watch but nothing is working. I can still get notifications but it I can't dismiss them. I can only access the main screen. Please help.

Hi, I have the same issue of my versa lite touchscreen not working. Had the watch just over 3 months now. Have also restarted the device and changed clock faces and nothing has worked so far. Thanks in advance for your help

I'm still having no luck, now it says " data not cleared sync and try again". Do you know how to hard reset it? 🙂 If you could please send me a link. I'll keep on this too.

I’ve had the same problem for a few weeks now... I initially had to contact customer service as I thought it was my watch face and ended up getting locked out of my Fitbit. After customer service helped me reset my watch I thought the issue had been fixed, however the touch screen and even the home button have barely worked. Extremely disappointed as it’s less than a year old.

 Can't get past this 😞 for weeks now. I need a  hard reset, the touch screen won't work. I've babied this thing... What can I do?

I am on my 2nd versa lite since January and now the screen on this one has stopped responding to touch as well. Super frustrated with Fitbit at this point. None of the fixes seem to work either.

Mine does the same thing. It will not swipe and the screen will randomly start vibrating and flipping through the screens. Ive tried restarting it multiple times, most of the time it dies first being its constantly turning on and off. I know it needs to be updating but I cant even do that being my fitbit has had issues from the start with pairing. Honestly considering other brands, this has been the worst fitbit I've had yet.

With so many people having the same issue, isn't this obviously a bigger issue. I think it's unfair that all I can be offered is a 25% off coupon for a new FitBit. Is there anyway someone could resolve this issue or send me a new one?

I have been having the same problem with my fitbit that I had only 7 months! The touch screen keeps stopping to work at all. This time it was during my walk. I had the exercise function on & couldn't stop it. Can someone help me? Please.

I just had this problem today and I've only had mine for about 8 weeks!  It's very frustrating!
