Hi there. I've had my versa lite since September, love it. The last few weeks the touch screen had gotten less and less responsive. Now I have to restart it repeatedly to get a few minutes of it working. Please help.

Try a Factory Reset when it is working by swiping left to Settings, About and Factory Reset.

I actually just restarted and still can't get any response from the screen. Ugh.

If you can't do a Factory Reset, contact Customer Support.
