My versa lite touchscreen no longer responds. I have restarted it several times. It worked again for about 5 minutes but now won’t again. This has been a problem for the past couple weeks. The watch is less than 6 months old.

If you can get the screen to respond long enough, try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, About, and Factory Reset. If you can't do that, contact Customer Support.
