VERSA STOPPED WORKING

The versa limited edition was purchased for me on my birthday last year (August 2018). I’ve had multiple issues with the watch, two which began occurring right after the year warranty ended. First the heart rate sensor stopped working, therefore it wouldn’t track hr, sleeping schedules, accurately track workouts etc.. I reached out to tech support offered no resolutions other than giving me a 20% for my new purchase. It was obvious to me that they are selling faulty products and don’t want to offer there paying customers any support, in no way was I going to purchase a new watch. Last night my watch suddenly went black, thought maybe battery died, but I had charged it the night prior typically my battery lasts 3-4 days. Contacted support once again with no help. Is anyone else experiencing issues such as these with there versa? How can we hold Fitbit accountable for faulty products? I even had issues with the watch prior to the warranty ending and they never once offered me a replacement. Can anyone offer me any solutions? Thank you

My (replacement) Versa stopped working this morning.  It’s charged at 84%.  Just before 8am this morning I checked the time.  After my second water aerobics session it was dead.  I’m trying to dry it out before I make a report because it is still under warranty. BTW, they did replace the first one that was under warranty a few months ago.
