My versa lite has become unresponsive. The fitbit logo shows for a few seconds then the screen goes blank, this repeats continuously.
I have tried to reset by holding the button for at least 15 seconds but this does nothing.
I have put the device into the charging cradle which has no effect.
The device will not connect to my phone app so I am unable to change clock face although I am already using a fitbit made clock face.
Please help, I have run out of things to try
