Versa lite update

My versa lite has been updating for 30 hours and still no where near complete..why is this taking so long ...I'm very frustrated as rely on my Fitbit for messages during meetings etc

I have almost given up on my Versa Lite.  It was working great until I tried to do the last update.  I have tried everything to get it to take and am also frustrated.  This has to be an issue with the latest update because you will find a lot of people are mentioning the same issue with that last release.  The release must have a bug that was not fully tested before the release.  FITBIT - please help!
