Since I did the latest software update my versa lite will only sync sporadically and only after I continually go through all the trouble shooting tips! I had no trouble before the update! Is anyone else experiencing this and can anyone help? Thanks
Mine won't sync to phone or tablet! I also have had massive heart rate spikes when out walking (when I have managed to get it to sync) I'm really annoyed by this.
I ended up re adding mine as a new device and although it didn't work right away it is syncing now. I tried all the other trouble shooting tips but they didn't work. It sometimes takes several attempts to sync and often unpairs with my Bluetooth but this is happening less often now, so fingers crossed!
