My Versa Lite was having problems with reading my heart beat for a while, and then while I was wearing it, it just would not turn on. I tried to reset it a few times and no logo came on any of the times. I even tried to leave it on the charger for about an hour and still nothing.
It's not even a year old. I'm losing hope on what to do any Ideas?

A warm welcome to the forums @_Ash.

I followed the steps in the article that you recommended and nothing happened. When I plug it in the only thing that happens is that the watch gets hot to the touch.

@_Ash Please stop trying to charge it. Your battery developed a charging fault and there is no fix for this.
You wrote that it is less than a year old. You can contact Support for more help. I don't think there is any warranty coverage from Fitbit for you. The Versa Lite is a discontinued model and generally isn't available from an authorized retailer. You might have coverage if you bought an extended warranty from the seller.
