I tried rebooting my versa lite it went off with vibration now it does not switch on even if i press back button for 10 sec what do i do

I tried putting it on dock for more than hour it does not come back and it had 100% battery when it went off

You can set up the watch back to the Fitbit account by following the instructions on this link: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
If you're not successful with the factory reset, I am afraid you will need to reach out to Customer Support to guide you through the next steps. Here's the link to Customer Support page.

I had the same problem. They said changing the clock face sometimes works, but did not work on mine. You might try that. My watch is only one month old. Support is sending me a new one as I purchased the extended warranty. Watch still syncs up with the app though.
