I tried rebooting my versa lite it went off with vibration now it does not switch on even if i press back button for 10 sec what do i do

@Uttam1311 Unfortunately, that's what I feared. At this point I would reach out to Customer Support. There's not much you can do.

@Uttam1311 Does it come back on when you put it in the charging dock?

No buddy it does no

I tried putting it on dock for more than hour it does not come back and it had 100% battery when it went off

@Uttam1311 Try performing factory reset using the button:

 

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
    2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset. 

You can set up the watch back to the Fitbit account by following the instructions on this link: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

 

If you're not successful with the factory reset, I am afraid you will need to reach out to Customer Support to guide you through the next steps. Here's the link to Customer Support page.

Watch face is complete black it does not litenup even pressing button for 8 to 10 sec how do i factory reset it

I had the same problem. They said changing the clock face sometimes works, but did not work on mine.  You might try that. My watch is only one month old. Support is sending me a new one as I purchased the extended warranty. Watch still syncs up with the app though.
