My versa lite was accidentally dropped this morning from about 2ft up on my wood floor. I did a reset multiple times and it's keeping time, showing text msgs but the touch screen isn't working. I can't swipe to see the apps, etc. Anything I can do? It's very upsetting that it's no longer working fully as it's only a month old!

Hi, sorry to read that your screen is not working anymore. you can try to contact Customer Support and see if they are willing to give you a discount on a new one. Accidents like yours unfortunately are in principle not covered by warranty. Good luck and regards kuzibri
