My versa lite won't display my steps, heart beat ect. It just says Undefined.

HELP!

If you are using a third-party clock face, try switching to one "by Fitbit".

Sometimes third party faces don't keep up with Fitbit changes causing such problems.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
