Hello , before a came here I tried chat 24 /7 and call no success. I didn't reach any operator 45 m waiting anyway. My red light on fitbit versa lite gone and the tracking on my steps is wrong like 1000 steps and normally I go gym 13 000 odd steps. Tried factory reset but now the app is not compatible with my phone. Help please
