Versa loosing Bluetooth connection.

My Versa loosing Bluetooth connection (same as alot of other users),did try all recommendations to fix,after completing factory reset and taking nearly 2 hours to reconnect only worked for couple of hours.

Is it getting fixed or just better return Versa to the shop?

Mine won't connect to bluetooth at all. I am returning mine today.

At the moment if i get my Versa unpaired on the phone Bluetooth settings and then repair again it works,ill see for how long,if that's gonna be happening I will return my one as well.

mine keeps loosing the connection too 😞 ive been told its because my phone isn't supported.  It was working this morning and I see other people are having the same problem.

Fitbits answer is there is nothing wrong change your phone, mines going back tomorrow .

They need to look at all the complaints online in the community posts alone
to see how many people cannot connect the versa to bluetooth. I had no
problems with my other two fitbits. They worked great.

Have spent so much time working through forums and talking online to Fitbit trying to get blue tooth working. Worked great for a few weeks. Now 6 wks later I only get  a connection randomly. I assumed that all my previous fitbit models worked so would my versa. Wrong, wrong. I don't understand why fitbit would release such a flakey device. Stop blaming on Phone model and please fix. Thinking I should return watch and getting a Garmin but hanging on to the thin hope that one day I'll wake up and a miracle will occur and my versa will work.

I had an email saying they would not let me down then another saying they could do nothing. I didn't return it, I'm still undecided to wait for an update surely they cannot ignore everyone??

So.....I took Versa back and got a charge 3 and the bluetooth worked for 2 days now I have tried everything and I cannot get my 3 to sync or connect via bluetooth. Same pat answers from Fitbit. I am disgusted. Clearly they can't even figure it out!
