Versa loosing time

My Fitbit Verse is losing time.  Sync is working but i should have to sync my verse every hour to fix the time.    So all my alarms are off and I am late for work because of this..  Please fix this issue ASAP else i will swap to apple watch.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're having with your Fitbit Versa losing time. I understand that this is a big inconvenience for you. Thank you for letting me know that your watch is syncing. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
  2. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I also recommend keeping all-day sync and always connected options turned on.
