I'm having issues with my step counter, when I sync with the app the amount of steps keeps decreasing. I did 30,000+ steps the other day and when logged in on the app it decreased it to 15,934! And it keeps happening when I go long distance. Anyone else have this issue?

Welcome to the Community Forums @Siany34! I'm sorry for the late response.
What happened to you is an expected behavior. You should have logged in to sync the tracker before you began wearing it. Please sync your Versa before going for a walk, run, or any other exercise and sync after you complete your exercise routine. If your steps keeps decreasing after syncing, I suggest to send me screenshots showing your data before and after syncing so I can go from there.
In the meantime, if you remember the exact amount of steps or the name of the activity you performed, you can try manually logging the activity. To get more information about this, check the article: How do I manually log an activity or exercise?
Additionally, it'd be great to take a look at: How do Fitbit devices sync their data? to get more information about how your Versa syncs.

But when I got my weekly report it went back to normal and registered the actual amount of steps I did?
