Versa loses time and won't sync

I have contacted support numerous times about the issue.  Every day my fitbit looses time and will stay connected to bluetooth.  I have had this for 2 years and have not had this problem until 2 months ago.  I am using the the same phone, galaxy note 9.  I have updated, deleted and reinstalled, shut done, reset.  You name it.  I can't even rely on the fitbit for my alarm.  By the morning there is a 20 min time difference with the phone in the same room.  I'm at my wits end and thinking about changing to the galaxy watch

Hello there @Mfazio42, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot this situation prior to posting here.

Besides the steps you've done, please try the following:

  • Remove your Versa from your Fitbit account and from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.

If you can't get started with your Versa, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Please let me know if you continue having syncing difficulties after paring your watch.

can someone PLEASE tell me HOW to contact support??? nothing here helps me and my fitbit is my watch--it is 1 1/2 hours behind all of a sudden after charging it as I usually do. Now I have no watch and this thing is only a year old--had similar problem in Nov. but got it back to working after 12 hours of fooling with it. I WANT THIS REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY.....don't have time to spend trying to make it work---PLEASE give me a phone number where I can speak to someone about replacing my versa2

Those steps were all done, more than once, with the several times I contacted support and then shortly after no bluetooth connect ion and it starts loosing time.  Generally every hour I loose about 2-4 minutes every hour.

That is the exact same problem that I have. It's really irritating because support just gives me the links as advice - I'm beginning to think a different brand might be the way to go.
