Versa losing Bluetooth connection

I recently upgraded to a Huawei P30, when first connected my Fitbit versa all was great until yesterday when it wouldn’t sync and I stopped receiving all notifications.  Played around with settings googled loads tried uninstalling app, resetting Fitbit, resetting my WiFi all to no avail......until I leave the house! It seems when I leave my VIrgin WiFi at home all is well and I get all notifications!! Does anyone have any ideas please? It’s driving me stir crazy 😡😡😡

Hello @Teena70 wifi had nothing to do with notifications. 

Let's hold on thre left button to get to the quick settings,  making sure that the Versa is not set to ignore notifications. 

Normally if I'm at a pass with notifications,  I go to Fitbit settings, the tracker, notifications, tap thre three dots and disable notification.  Them when enabling the app requests all types of permissions. 

I'd this doesn't work I'll log out of my account in the app then log in. Then accept everything requested.

My Fitbit is not even paired now but when it picks up a connection and I can pair (may take a while!) I shall try this and will let you know.

Are you saying they your Versa is not connected to your Fitbit account?

A user will not be able to pair the tracker to the phone, the Fitbit app will pair the Versa to the phone after the Versa is setup to the users Fitbit account.
