I've received my new versa today. Started using it in the afternoon and took off my old watch deleted it off the app. But I've lost steps. My versa would count up then when I sync it to the app it loses steps both on the app and watch. What do i do?

Hey @AmyWeller, welcome to the Community.
Have you manually logged any type of activity that might taken away your steps like "Walk" or "Run"? If you have, I recommend deleting those activities, since they might affect your information.
You can also double check if your Versa is syncing by following the instructions provide in the help article How do Fitbit devices sync their data?.
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()

Thanks for your reply. Another thing
If I look at my versa screen at an angle when the screen is off I can see faint vertical lines. Is this normal? Is it just how the LCD is @AlejandraFitbit

Hi @AmyWeller
I've lost steps to when I went from one device to another. What made me loose steps is I restarted my Versa before syncing all my steps that day first.
I just chalked it up as a lesson.
