For the last 3 days when I woke up my versa has lost time. Today it was 2 hours. Tried resetting my watch. This did not help. It won't sync to my phone either. I did a factory reset now it wont even turn on.

Hi, sorry to hear that, it would seem there is a known bug in the factory reset and it may have destroyed the watch.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
