I purchased my versa watch a few months after it came out. I thought it was great! That is until recently. Saturday my versa started to act odd. It would vibrate out of no where, restart itself, and when I touched the screen it wasn't going through the correct motions /steps. Then out of no where the screen went black. I knew it was fully charged because I charged it after my workout but I charged it again that night just in case. I woke up the next morning and it was still a blank screen. The green sensory light is still blinking and my morning alarm goes off every morning but the screen is still black. I called customer service Monday evening. She walked me through the steps and said there's nothing that can be done. I said ok but I haven't had this watch all that long and I take really good care of it. However, since I didn't purchase the extended warranty she could only offer me a 25% discount that only last for 30 days.
I was beyond annoyed because these type of watches are not cheap and for it to just stop working is ridiculous especially when it was well taken care of.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Was it ever resolved?

Hi @Bbarton , I have two suggestions:
1. Restart your Versa three times in a row and see if that solves your problem.
2. If you're using a Third Party Clock Face, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa.
If both suggestions do not do the trick, contact Customer Support, Erik.
