I had an issue with my watch not holding a charge and I did a hard reset on it a few weeks ago. It seemed to be working fine! My Fitbit died two days ago and when I plug it up to the charger it won’t charge. I have tried several outlets in my house as well as a few different Fitbit chargers. My Fitbit is less than a year old. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Good luck. I just got a brand new one delivered today. Went through the 2 hour update and sync only to find out it won't charge. Talked to customer support and they said its faulty. Send it back and they'll send a new one... 10 to 20 days after I send the faulty one out. As many replacements as I'm seeing on brand new or dang near new versa 2's, you would think they would have this figured out already. My 3 year old Alta works better than this. Fully regretting my choice to upgrade.
