I’ve noticed some issues over the past couple weeks with my Fitbit Versa. Heart rate doesn’t appear to be tracking at all especially while working out, notifications are on but don’t feel it when either texts or step notifications happen and the latest is that last night I had over 14,000 steps and after I synced it dropped to 11,000. Anyone else experience this?

First - what phone are you using? If itnis not a supported device that can be a big factor in notification problems and loss of steps.
Have you tried restarting the Versa several times? If not give that a try and see if that improves things.

As @NellyG suggested, please share your phone model, OS, Fitbit firmware version and Fitbit mobile app version. Also, could you please elaborate? What do you see on your Versa's clockface? Does it show HR reading and steps or says something like 0 or null or "--"? If you swipe up and open Today app on your Versa, and scroll down to HR, can you see your heart rate? Finally, can you take a screenshot of your Fitbit mobile app and show us the HR and steps recordings?
