I already have one but I was looking for the Versa on Amazon to buy my girlfriend one for her birthday next month. However, it seems like they removed it. I even tried navigating to the page from a order I place for it but then cancelled a while ago and I just ended up with a "page not found" page. At first, I thought maybe Amazon was sold out. But that seems odd to me because they probably would just say it's out of stock instead of removing the whole page. Is Amazon not going to be selling it anymore? Did anyone who had an outstanding pre order through amazon hear anything about it?

Hi there Fitbit folks! I was reading your concerns about the Fitbit Versa was not in Amazon.
Thank you for brought this to our attention and for keep sharing more information regarding this issue. I'm glad to hear the Versa is back as it was reported by @litetaker recently.
I can confirm this information, since the Versa is available in all colors directly from Amazon.com
Of course this will depends on Amazon stock, which for more details feel free to reach Amazon customer support in case a new eventuality arise.
See you around and stay awesome.

I have an outstanding order and it still shows it shipping Monday. I also see you can’t pull a versa up in amazon. Maybe they are fixing something? Or figuring out where they are at with stock? Time will tell.

Yeah, maybe. It's weird, I've never seen them do that before.

I have a preorder through Amazon and noticed the listing is gone as well... I've not heard anything, but it's certainly making me nervous.

Noticed this as well.
If there is a recall of the first batch of Versa's, I guess that's better for everyone in the long run including Fitbit, so that they can fix issues and satisfy their customers very reasonable expectation to have a frustration free experience with the Versa. If there really is a widespread issue with the Versa, and that's an IF, better for them to not have thousands and thousands of customers complaining when Amazon orders ship out, and risk damaging their reputation. Better a delayed product than a possible faulty product. Again, this is all purely speculation.
Here is to hoping to they fix things for the good of their customers.

I reached out to Amazon and it appears to just be a technical issue with the listing. They said it would be restored shortly.

It's a stunt. Make everyone beleive they lost their chance. Tomorrow will be up again and more people are going to buy it before they lose their chance again.

I am impressed with your conspiracy theory. I vote for that. It will be live again tomorrow and they will sell a 100,000.

I hope it is a stunt, but still not back on today. I came onto Fitbit forum to find some answers. Now I want to yell at Fitbit, because they are the sellers on Amazon.

I too have noticed that the listing is gone. My response from Amazon is as follows:
"As we are the online retailers, we rely on our suppliers for listing the items. We've notified our inventory team and we will list the items on our website, when the suppliers' notify us the availability of items on their end."
My thought is Fitbit pulled the listing, not Amazon.

If Fitbit pulled the listing because they ran out of stock because of popularity or because of issues, hopefully they will talk to their hardware team and partners to have a more consistently good second batch production run, especially when you read about customers buying 2 or 3 units and only having one unit being okay of the 3 or 2. Hoping they resolve things.

Maybe Fitbit ran out of stock by filling the retail stores. That means they are moving product anyway.
With amazon if you dont don’t have guaranteed stock they won’t let you list.

You can get it tomorrow at Best Buy. I'm guessing Costco will have it too.

FYI. If ordered from Amazon, you will not be receiving your product.

I just confirmed my order with amazon. They said they have inventory and it will ship tomorrow and I will have it Wednesday. I ordered the silver/grey.

I ordered silver/gray as well so hopefully ours won't be affected by any issues .

Are you in another country? In the US here. There are no Versa watches on Amazon US at this moment. I called Customer Service to get clarification and they said they have pulled the product due to poor customer reviews involving the software. They said that Amazon does this if they fear a recall of the item.

That’s a different answer than I got. It was simply a stocking issue from amazon. I am curious why they would have an inkling of a recall? Based on what feedback? It hasn’t even been officially released yet.
