I have had my versa Lite for a year. Have done the updates and all steps. Suddenly the DAY it is announced Google buys Fitbit.. boom my versa/Fitbit/iPhone are all fighting. I get the can’t pair message every time I open the app yet everything is synching and reading fine. I don’t get the notifications, but to be honest I don’t look at them anyways. I just want all the items to be working it is annoying to have that message pop up. And is it actually working correctly?.

Same things happening with me.
It's become a just digital watch.
Not connecting to phone at all.

I did a factory reset and during it
I was given the option to use WiFi I refused and done Bluetooth my versa now connects by Bluetooth and I get notifications
mot seems to be working ok just a slight hitch when doing a workout from exercise s it sometimes doesn’t pick up my heart rate

@Pruthvirajnk, thanks for your efforts and I'm sorry that your Versa isn't connecting with your phone. To further investigate, may I know your phone's model and OS version? Have you also made sure to update the Fitbit app to the latest version? What's the error message displayed when trying to sync?
In the meantime and in case you've not done so, let me recommend to try the troubleshooting described in this help article.
@andy_glass, thanks for the troubleshooting steps tried and I'm glad that your Versa is now working correctly. In regards to the heart rate, our team is aware that this data isn't appearing on the exercises details when using the exercise app on the watch. They're working on this to bring a solution as soon as possible and be sure that your comments will be passed along.

I was wondering the same thing. I did not know Fitbit was bought out by Google. But a few days ago I found myself having to resync my Versa. Had to do it four times. Three times today alone. I hope they find a fix as this will get irritating fast. Mine does resync but, since I am at work and cannot do it with Wi-Fi. Nor can I do it while charging.

Thanks for letting me know that you've had issues to sync your Versa. To work on this together, please confirm if the issue is with the automatic sync via All-day sync, or if it's when manually syncing. Do you receive an error message when trying to sync? Also, may I know your phone's model and OS version? If you haven't done so, please give a try to the troubleshooting steps suggested in our help article which have worked for others.

I also have had problems with my versa syncing, it started yesterday and is continuing to be a problem. I've tried everything, restarting both phone and watch, force stopping, reconnecting bluetooth, logging out, uninstalling the app and reinstalling. I depend on my watch way to much for this to be happening! I was almost late for work yesterday when the clock was behind and didnt wake me up on time to start getting ready. I got it resynced and then was late calling break etc at work because the time had fallen back again. Now I can not get it to sync for anything!

For some reason my fitbit versa lite does not always synch automatically with the fitbit app. Why? I received an email from fitbit within the last hour with the number of steps for this week and my standing and not all steps were taken into account
