Firmware update not updating

On 11/22/19, I was having issues with updating my Versa Lite. Then after a couple of tries, I did a factory reset on the Versa Lite. Since 11/22/19, I have not been able to update the firmware. It has been 5 days now 11/26/19. Still not about to sync To my phone or use it. I have talked to 2 customer service reps, and the 2nd one told me that tech support was working on firmware issues and I will be able to update it soon. Could not give me a date or anything. Can anybody give me any kind of solution to this?

I wanted you to know that you're not alone. I reset mine to factory settings yesterday because I wasn't receiving text message notifications and tried everything possible besides the factory reset. I did the factory reset and all night I've been trying to update the firmware and it fails, even after being 95% done. They better fix this stuff soon!

I tried updating my versa and now the screen is stuck on the status bar with the versa logo. It will not reset. I called fitbit support and they were unable to find a solution that worked This is a versa that is a replacement for one that failed last year. And guess what, my warranty expired in June, so I'm of luck.The fitbit support person offered me a coupon to buy another device!!! I'm proud to say I kept my composure and was remarkably restrained and polite in my response to that suggestion. ( I really was)

Yes, I agree with you because with the customer service rep just telling me
that it will be fixed soon is not a good answer. I am going tho call that
number again ances see if they have gotten it fixed or they can send me a
new one. This is very irritating no to be able to use the watch.
I just might be force to get a galaxy watch to go with my phone...

I am letting you know my update status, as of today I called the customer service (fitbit) and once I went through the whole story of what had happened to my watch.  My watch is still under warranty (I  glad) but they still offered me a replacement or I can go to walmart and get an upgrade and all I will have to do is pay the difference. Letting you all know that it took trying to get it to update 5 days talking to 3 different customer service reps.
