I have been trying to contact Fitbit with no luck ..

I am now beyond frustrated and am now going to start making bad reviews and warning others of this product !!!

I have had 3 fitbits is less than a year !! If this one doesn't miraculously start working. That will mean 4 fitbits in less than ONE year !! How is this even possible ???

I recieved my first ever Fitbit in January 2019(big mistake)

It didnt take long before that one stopped working , I then recieved my 1st replacement fitbit in March 2019 ... and once again that stopped working i recieved another replacement Fitbit in July 2019

So from January 2019 _ July 2019 -3 FITBITS !!

Today my Fitbit screen is now black it is syncing to my phone , but nothing on the screen of the watch . I have tried live chatting (no luck) , emailing (no reply )

Have you tried a restart?

If you have the first Versa you need to press and hold the side button and the bottom button until the FitBit logo appears then release. Obviously you said your screen is black and unresponsive so maybe hold both buttons down for about 10 seconds.

If you have Versa 2 hold the side button down for 10 seconds then release.

oh bless you. I'm so sorry to hear you're having so many problems and I hope you can get them sorted and  back to using FitBit soon. Hopefully someone else here might have a solution I haven't thought of 🙂

Mine started Saturday night while I was sleeping. It is syncing to the app, but I can't see anything. I've tried the reset method (left button/bottom right button) MANY times, to no avail. I've seen other postings that say to factory reset it, but that involves going into settings - which obviously can't be done if you can't see anything on the screen!

I'm at a loss as to what to do next. I got this for Christmas last year; as expensive as it was, it should have a longer shelf life than 11 months.

Any suggestions?
