One more place to look. press and hold the left button until you get additional options. One of these would be notifications on the Versa. Make sure it is turned on.

@icyqueen since your asking about a phone issue, could you include the type of phone?

Have you checked the help docs

I also merged your multiple request.

@icyqueen I do not find the Oppo R11 as being tested and made to work by Fitbit.

This does not mean that it will not work and I would start by searching the forums for your phone model.

Since you have an android device things to check are.

The phones power management needs to be disabled for the Fitbit App.

The phones notifications must be able to show on the phone while the phones screen is locked.

DNI on the phone needs to be disabled for now during setup and testing of notifications.

Your Versa needs to be seen as a trusted device in the Bluetooth list. If it isn't let is know, the user can not pair the Versa to the phone. If you did manually pair the versa through the phones Bluetooth then it needs to be inspired through the Bluetooth. Do not remove from the app.

When you setup the Versa the app should have asked if it may link your versa to the phone. This is when the app does the actual Bluetooth link.

Now let's go to the Fitbit app / settings / versa / notifications. Tap on the three dots in the top right and disable notification. Tap again to enable, when I do this the Operating system asks me confirm that Fitbit should be given permission.

Now tap send test notification. The is may or may not ask again to confirm.

Do you receive the test notificafion? It may take up to 30 seconds. I'm not sure why but actual call notifications I sometimes receive before the phone rings.
